Catherine Drew, 2024.

Stan Bosher sorted this mural out for me. He's a fan of Catherine Drew's poetry, she's buried in the church yard behind this house. She had a big enough following in the 1800s to get her poems printed up by public subscription.

Stan's grand daughter Jess made the design using AI. In 2024 the design has a lot of AI hall marks. To my surprise the background was very easy to paint. But the knees that I have shortened as much as I dared are still too long, and there was no where near enough information to paint the face. Unfortunately I only worked out these short comings up the scaffolding, it would have been easier to resolve with a nice cuppa in front of the computer.

I guess more and more people will do there own designs for me to paint up, but I think that's OK.
