Formerly the Wye Valley Meadery. I just had a half of 'One step closer to the hedge', and I was. They have some rocking good nights on at the weekend. I have extreme brewing barrel envy though, they've got a new one, FV2,  it looked like a 10,000 Litre one to me!!!
